R&D in Food

Demands for food are not limited to simple requirements such as good nutrition, good quality and reasonable price but also new standards such as convenience, suitable for wide-range of consumers, superior quality, food safety and hygiene while the production process is towards environmentally friendly. Catching these demands, we have been promoting investment in R&D activities in the food sector including:

-Improving existing food processing technology (such as Individual Quick Frozen technology) to prolong preserve duration and maintain product quality. For raw cashew processing, we have replaced conventional oil roasting technology by modern steaming technology to save energy, minimize emission as well as enhance product quality.
-Installing advanced food processing technologies, which utilize modern equipment from Europe. 
-New product development, especially focusing on selection of natural input materials to improve product quality, catching consumption trends (healthy, delicious, nutritious, convenience) and serving wide range of customers.
